At Falsegrip, movement means using your entire body as the instrument of your training – no machines, no shortcuts – just you, mastering control with purpose. We define strength as the confidence and capability to meet any physical challenge, knowing you’re fully in control of your own body.
Grounded in the science of mobility and the proven structure of gymnastics, our system helps you unlock physical potential you never imagined possible.

Built to change the fitness industry.
Falsegrip was never built to fit into the fitness industry – it was built to change it.
Here, training means learning how to move, how to think, and how to push yourself without ego or noise. We don’t sell shortcuts or quick fixes – we teach people to understand their bodies and earn real capability.
The principles that guide how we move – and why we train.
Falsegrip began as an idea – to rethink the way we approach training.
Born from gymnastics, engineering, and a lifelong study of human movement, Falsegrip bridges the gap between how people exercise and how we are meant to move. What started as a small studio has evolved into a method where structure meets expression, and strength becomes a language for freedom.
We build from truth – in movement, mindset, and method.
Real capability means the ability to move – freely, confidently, and with purpose.
Every rep, every position, every cue is a lesson in control.
One vision – human potential.
Driven by the belief that movement is the foundation of human expression – and that through it, we rediscover what it means to grow, connect, and evolve.
“I started Falsegrip to redefine what training means – to help people move better, build a deeper connection with their bodies, and explore what they’re truly capable of.”
Dan Arnold
With a background in gymnastics, engineering, architecture, and the physiology of movement, Dan built Falsegrip as a bridge between structure and freedom – creating a path to limitless potential for the expression of our physical form.
Different paths, one purpose – unlocking strength through movement.
Each coach brings a different lens – together, we embody the Falsegrip philosophy: that movement is the path to growth, awareness, and real strength.
Experience what it means to build strength through movement – and feel the difference in just two weeks.

Where Falsegrip began.
Falsegrip was born from a lifetime inside movement.
Dan began gymnastics at eight years old, competing at State and National level before stepping away in his twenties. Years later, after a career in engineering and architecture, he returned to training—but found the modern fitness world disconnected. Machines replaced movement. Strength became numbers, not control.
Falsegrip was created to change that—to bring back a kind of training that develops capability, awareness, and resilience through the body itself.
It’s a bridge between structure and freedom.
A place to rediscover how we move, how we think, and how we train—with purpose.
Strong, lean & mobile is just the beginning.
