I'm looking to cancel my membership due to:

Financial reasons.

The timetable no longer works for me.

I'm moving on to a different type of training/I need a change.

Ongoing injury/illness.

I'm not attending frequently enough to justify an ongoing membership.

I'm no longer enjoying it/no longer seeing progress.

I'm moving away from the area.

I understand that in order to cancel my Membership, I must provide at least 7 days notice in advance of the requested cancellation date, via this online form.

I understand that full membership fees apply during the 7 day notice period, and that I can continue to train and attend classes during this time.

I understand that any outstanding fees and payments will be charged to my account prior to the cancellation taking place.
