Calisthenics is one of the most natural forms of exercise you can do. Using your own body weight as resistance, you’ll build strength, increase mobility, improve body control and awareness and learn new skills along the way.
Calisthenics promotes more natural movement. To control your bodyweight, you’ll access muscles that you didn’t know you had, improving your body from head to toe.
If you want to look like a gymnast, then you need to train like one? You don’t need to take it to the same level, by training in the same style as a gymnast, you’ll see changes to how you look, move and feel.
There is always a challenge to work toward and always a harder progression to chase. This will keep each session interesting so you stay motivated!

Once you’ve gained a strong foundation of strength and mobility through doing some of our beginner/intermediate classes, you can start to develop gymnastics skills such as handstands, tumbling, or build up to exercise on the Rings.
