No prior experience in gymnastics required.
A full-body Gymnastics strength and skills session, focused on developing fundamental movement patterns; building strength and mobility; and learning skills like Handstands and basic Tumbling elements.
These movements are the perfect cross training for other sports, increasing their fitness and learning new skills. Classes begin with a full-body warm up then moves on to strength & core training and conclude with skill work, eg. handstands and tumbling.
Our coaches will always ensure that your child is doing appropriate movements based on age and ability.

This class is about learning new skills, teaching and developing the basic elements of tumbling such as round-offs, front & back handsprings and somersaults.
Children will train a combination of skill, power, strength and conditioning and aerial awareness to progress safely in tumbling and receive a high level of technical coaching from skilled coaches.
Our coaches will always ensure that your child is doing appropriate movements based on age and ability.

Redeem your Active Kids voucher when booking your child in for Term classes via our booking form.
Active Kids vouchers may only be used for school term activities.
A drink bottle and comfy activewear. No shoes are allowed on the blue mat, socks or bare feet only. Jewellery and other accessories must be removed and long hair tied up.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the foyer area only. Parents are also free to drop-and-go. We’re located adjacent Westfield Warringah Mall which makes for convenient shopping too. The coaches are available 15 minutes before and after class to answer any questions you may have.
Rings, boxes, ropes, p-bars, high bars, stall bars, crash mats, frisbees the handstand wall and our full sprung tumbling floor!
Yes, you can trial a class by purchasing a Discovery Pass before committing to the whole term. The cost of the Discovery Pass is deducted from the Term fees if continuing.
