Youth Gymnastics Strength Training

Join our fun & exciting gymnastics strength training classes & School Holidays camps
for boys & girls aged 12-17 years.

Build strength, improve mobility, motor skills and cognitive function with gymnastics based exercises, games & learn new skills such as Handstands! With a strong focus on teaching the correct technique and injury prevention, gymnastics strength training will strengthen mobilise & condition the entire body to build long, lean muscles & strong healthy joints.

Sessions will incorporate strength training, games, handstand practice, mobility and flexibility work.
No gymnastics background is necessary.

Youth Classes 2018

Classes are run twice a week on Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 4:30 - 5:30pm.

Term 3 | 25/07 - 28/09
(10 week term)

Term 4 | 17/10 - 14/12
(9 week term)

1 session per week | $30
2 sessions per week | $50

Youth School Holiday Programs 2018 

Holiday sessions will run three days per week from 8:30 - 11:30am.

Per 3 hour day | $50
