Tumbling builds dynamic strength and flexibility to enable you to move, twist and spin your body across the floor and through the air.
Learning to control your body as you perform dynamic movements is what Tumbling is all about. You’ll gain more self-awareness and confidence in your body’s ability making you better equipped to deal with whatever life throws at it.

Our beginner friendly Tumbling class, TUMBLINGone, is dedicated to giving you everything you need to bring out the inner gymnast in you. They say nothing good comes easy and that’s definitely true for Tumbling. While it can be very challenging, the rewards are well worth it. To perform Tumbling safely and correctly you’ll need a good degree of strength and flexibility.
Not sure if you’re ready? Don’t worry – through learning the basic of gymnastics strength training you’ll gain the strength and mobility to do Tumbling (and more!) in no time.
Unless you have prior experience in Tumbling there’s a few things you’ll need to work on before you book into one of our Tumbling classes. You’ll need to be capable of kicking into a handstand and be comfortable performing a forward roll on the floor. It’s not for the faint-hearted and also demands good body awareness and overall strength, stability and conditioning.
Whether you’re starting as a beginner or you have some prior experience, our expert coaches are on hand to guide and support you and in no time you’ll have built up the strength, mobility and flexibility needed to do a Tumbling class. If you have never done Tumbling before or are very new to Tumbling, we recommend starting with our BASEstrong and Prehab classes first. This will help you gain an understanding of whether your body is ready to safely participate in the TUMBLINGone class.

TUMBLINGone class will help you develop basic Tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, somersaults and includes some basic tricking. We have a fully sprung gymnastics floor to make your experience as safe and enjoyable as possible!
Take your Tumbling to the next level. You’ll need to have a strong foundations of the basics for this class as we work more advanced skills and combinations.
You’ll need prior approval from our coaches before attending TUMBLINGtwo classes.
