Being suspended forces you to not only engage your muscles but stabilise in a way you never knew existed while performing exercises.
You’ll develop more mobility in your joints as you perfect exercises on the rings. You’ll need this full range of motion to successfully move your body through the air.
Rings are one of the best tools you can use to build strength and muscle – you only need to look at the body of a professional gymnast to know this is true!
We use Gymnastic Rings in a number of our strength classes. We also have a specific class, RINGSone which is dedicated to perfecting more skilled exercises on the Gymnastics Rings. RINGSone is in intermediate level class so we recommend you have built a solid level of strength before attending this class.
Whether you’re starting as a beginner or you have some prior experience, our expert coaches are on hand to guide and support you and in no time you’ll have built up the strength and mobility needed to do a Gymnastics Rings class. If you’re not sure if you’re up to it quite yet, we recommend starting with our GST Fundamentals or FOUNDATIONS-upper class first. You’ll improve your strength and soon be on your way to using the Gymnastics Rings.
