During High School, Nick competed at State level in Athletics in the 100m, 200m, Long Jump and High Jump. Towards the end of High School Nick got into Kickboxing, which then led him into the lesser known training discipline of Tricking (google it!). Nick found a passion for this style of training, and through this training, he was exposed to the more traditional style of gymnastics, and has been training Gymnastics ever since.
Nick has been part of the coaching team at Falsegrip since early 2020.
Favourite Falsegrip class: I am clearly biased, but TUMBLINGfoundations is my favourite class! I think Tumbling is a really challenging and unorthodox way to move the body but the results are incredible. I like that pushing your fears is an inherent part of the sport, as I think people feel a great sense of achievement when they can overcome them to land skills.
