Kristie has been involved in competitive sport from a young age with Horse Riding and Running. She then went on to race semi-professional Triathlons and had a Sports Scholarship for Triathlon at Sydney University.
Now, Kristie enjoys Cycling and Triathlon in her spare time, competing occasionally. Kristie is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and specialises in mobility training for martial artists.
Kristie started training with Falsegrip as a member in late 2016 and joined the Coaching Team in early 2017.
Favourite Falsegrip class: SHOULDERprehab and BASEstrong. I am a firm believer in repetition of the basics. Both these classes are a great workout but also build a fundamental layer of strength preparing the body for other movements.
