PERSONAL TRAINING IN A GROUP SETTING.

At Falsegrip, there’s no one yelling at you to run around with a sandbag for no apparent reason. Our hands-on approach means each exercise can be adapted for your level, while expert coaches correct your form to avoid injury and get the most out of your hard work. This all takes place inside our light-filled studio in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. 

Our workouts are intensive, but our approach is on sustainable longevity. We want you to be dancing, cartwheeling and enjoying an active lifestyle into your 70s and beyond, not just trying to sweat off those extra kilos in a blur of fluorescent lights, Britney Spears music, and mirrored walls of a “normal gym”. Every move in our gymnastics training programme helps make your body (and life) more dynamic and enjoyable both inside our studio and out.

While gymnastics training may seem intimidating, there are plenty of regressions to suit anyone's level of strength and mobility.
