GymnasticBodies is a Gymnastics Strength Training system developed by long time USA Junior National Team Coach, Christopher Sommer. With over 40 years experience, Coach Sommer has developed a program that uses progressive exercises suitable for all athletic levels & capabilities.

Training cycles utilise whole body strength training with bodyweight exercises, weighted mobility & flexibility drills as well as joint pre-habilitation. This form of training has positive effects on your body with a unique focus on developing connective tissue & joints to prevent injury as well as conditioning your body for longer leaner muscles, mobile joints and strength you never thought possible.
